Your parcel will usually be dispatched the next working day after we receive your order, if there are any problems we will contact you the same day of your order.

Foil balloons are the only balloons we will send by post when filled with helium, however we do deliver helium filled latex balloons across Central and South London (subject to delivery charge and any congestion charge applicable, if outside the postcodes mentioned below or an order value less than £25.
We offer free local delivery for orders over £25 within the areas of SE15, SE21, SE22, SE23, SE24, SE25, SE26. Orders under £25 can be delivered for £5.00 to the above poscodes or collected from the shop.

All goods purchased from CB Party may be returned for any reason within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund (less the cost of delivery) or exchange. The cost of returning the goods to us shall be borne by you.
If you wish to return any products please contact us by email at info@cbparty.co.uk for a returns form and returns authorisation number.
In order to receive your refund or exchange as quickly as possible please ensure you note and adhere to the following information and procedure.
1. You must ensure that the product(s) you return to us are in the brand new condition, with the same unopened packaging you received it in. You must include the returns form when you send the parcel back to us, as failure to do so may result in delay of any refund.
2. We regret that outbound shipping costs cannot be refunded. For exchanged items, you may be asked for a nominal fee as a contribution towards any additional postage of shipping depending on which shipping method you require.
3. We are sorry but we are unable to replace or exchange any product(s) until the original has been received by us. If you need the product(s) urgently, we would suggest you place a second order for the new product(s) and send the original back at a later date.
4. You are responsible for any returned product(s) until they reach us. We strongly recommend that you use a 'signed for' delivery method e.g. Recorded delivery, as CB Party cannot be held responsible for any product(s) lost in transit.
Please allow 7 days to process and receive your refund, all refunds will be made using the same method of payment.
