Terms and Conditions

Delivery

* We deliver to destinations within the UK And endeavour to despatch all in stock items from the warehouse within 48 hours Monday - Friday.

* If we can't deliver the goods we will let you know within 7 days of receiving your order.

* Uk standard delivery costs £3.95. Our courier requires a signature.

Trading Terms & Payment

* All items are subject to stock availability, although we will endeavour to locate items for you as quickly as possible. You will be advised of any delay in delivery within 7 days.

* All prices include vat @17.5%.

* We accept Visa, Matercard, Maestro / Switch. Money will be debited from your account upon dispatch of the goods. We also accept cheques, although you will have to wait for the cheque to clear before goods are despatched.

Returns

* Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied with your goods every time you order from us. If you are unhappy with an item you have ordered, please return it with the depatch note, unused, and having taken reasonable care of it, complete with packaging and all components for a refund within 30 days. We will make the refund either by cheque or directly to your credit / debit card within 30 days once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned in the condition it was originally delivered to you. You will only have to pay for the return postage of the goods.

* PERSONALISED AND HIGH VALUE PRODUCTS: Due to the nature of these products we are unable to offer our usual 30 day money back guarantee. In the case of high value items in excess of £200 the usual money back guarantee is limited to 7 days and you shall be responsible for the cost of return within 7 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.

* If you need to return an item to us which is faulty or which you did not order or for any other reason that is our fault, please contact us by telephone (on 07941 282127) or email (at info@teddiescottage.co.uk) to inform us and we will arrange a refund or replacement as appropriate. If you return the goods to us we will also refund the cost of the return postage (please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office).

* In each case, please notify us by telephone (on 07941282127) or email (at info@teddiescottage.co.uk). We will allocate you with a Returns Code to include with the package to improve processing of your return. Please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt and send to RETURNS, Teddie's Cottage, Rugeley Self Storage, Towers Business Park, Rugeley,Staffs, WS15 1UZ. You are responsible for the goods until they reach us so please use a service insured to the value of the goods.

Data & Privacy

* When you order we may ask you for certain information including name & address and use it to: (a) process your order; (b) provide you with an up to date, efficient, and reliable service; (c) help fraud prevention i.e. we check card details with our credit agancy and reserve the right to refuse orders on that basis (your credit rating can be checked for a nominal fee with the main UK agencies Equifax & Experian); (d) open & run your account. By making an order you agree to this.

* Once you are a customer we will continue to keep you informed on new products & special offers unless you tell us not to.

* We will not pass your details on to any other companies.
