Postage Rates
Our dispatch charges and estimated delivery times for Le Creuset UK Ltd are:
UK Standard Service:
£1.00 for items less than £15
£2.00 for items less than £16
£5.50 for all items £16.01+.

Delivery Time: 5 to 7 working days to UK addresses. This service includes Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands.
Ireland delivery time: 7 to 10 working days.
 
Once you have submitted payment for your order, you will automatically receive an email confirmation. You will receive a subsequent email normally within 2 working days to confirm that your order has been processed and dispatched.
 
Returns & Refunds
Should you purchase any goods from the Le Creuset Online Store website that you are not entirely satisfied with we will gladly exchange them or offer a full refund.
Refunds on non-faulty goods require proof of purchase. Non-faulty goods purchased at this site may be exchanged for goods within this store providing that proof of purchase is produced and the goods are returned within 28 days of the date of purchase in a re-saleable condition. Refunds on non-faulty goods will be at the discretion of the Store Manager.
This entitlement does not apply in the case of damage by the user or if goods are used in a manner not intended by the Manufacturer. Customer’s statutory rights under civil law are unaffected by this policy.

Cancelling an Order
You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. Simply email andoverstore@lecreuset.co.uk with your name, address and order number.
Please return the goods to Le Creuset UK Ltd, using the freepost address provided, unopened together with the original invoice and please ask for a free proof of postage from the Post Office.  Le Creuset will refund you the purchase price of the goods once we have received the returned order.
Prices, description and availability of goods
Prices and manufacturers specifications are subject to change without notice. Minor specification variations do not entitle the purchaser to rescind the contract.
All prices are shown in GBP (Pounds Sterling). All goods are sold subject to availability. Both price and availability information is subject to change without notice, hence any subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed at the same price. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will endeavour to contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of internet technology.
Designer Outlet Trading Statement
It is our policy to offer for sale in this store products which have been selected from our factory production as a second quality and which show a saving of 30% or more against prices of first quality productions.
Seconds quality means that there may be minor imperfections of a cosmetic nature in the enamel or glaze. These will not affect the performance of the product in any way.
We also offer for sale discontinued items and factory clearance lines at substantial savings against original prices. This store does not attempt to offer the complete Le Creuset range including the newest products, which may be seen at major nominated stockists nationally.
Sales Tax
Value Added Tax (VAT) is calculated on shipping destination.
Payment Methods
All orders must be paid for by credit or UK debit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept payment by cheque or postal order, and you cannot pay in instalments. We accept Visa (including Delta) and Mastercard. All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and credit / debit card transactions for orders outside the UK will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates.
