The Gatwick Express 73’s are based on the older standard class 73 chassis, but feature all the detail of their forebears released by Dapol. The livery has been painstakingly developed with the aid of Gatwick Express and the staff at Stewarts Lane Depot.
This example is 73202 ‘Dave Berry’, named by Gatwick Express after a member of staff at Stewarts Lane Depot. It ran on Gatwick Express services out of Victoria until being relegated to Depot duties at Stewarts Land Depot, where it is still very active.
