Fleischmann N 739402 OBB Class 1020 electric loco Era 3

Prototype:

German "Crocodile" class E94 locos initially built in the 1930s and subsequently transferred for use in Austria where known as Class 1010. Cab front rebuilt with 2 windows instead of the original 3.

Model: Inset windows. Interior details in drives cab. Sprung pantagraphs. Current pick up for overhead catenary or rails. Cast metal chassis. Motor with flywheel. With standard NEM651 socket for installation of decoder. Drive on 8 wheels of which 4 are fitted with traction tyres. Triple LED directional lights at each end, Automatic couplings each end. Slot guide mechanism at each end for true close coupling by using PROFI-coupling 9545/. Standard NEM355 coupling pockets.

DIGITAL

This model is designed for DC (analogue) operation but is fitted with a 6-pin NEM651 socket so can easily converted to DCC (Digital) use if required.
