Question 'Is your site secure?'
Answer 'Yes, our payment pages are fully encrypted with 128 bit encrption when you reach these pages on the address bar you will see https://www.ekmsecure4.co.uk/........ Https means hyper text transfer protocol secure. You will also see if you are using Internet expolorer 7 that there is a gold padlock next to the address this also means that it is secure.'
Question 'Do you keep copies of payment card details?'
Answer 'No these are taken by PROTX ( Owned by SAGE who are one of the worlds largest accounting software companies) PROTX are the largest independant payment gateway providers in the UK. They in turn pass all payments to Nat West Streamline for payment.'
Question ' Do you charge customers before goods are sent out'
Answer ' No only if it is a high value order in which case we will take the money in advance to avoid falling victim to card fraud'
Question 'If you can't fulfill a complete order will you charge the full order amount?'
Answer 'No, we will only charge for goods that have been dispatched and we will notify you of any delays in obtaining items in an order.'
Question 'If an item does not fit will you exchange / give a refund?
Answer ' Yes we will do whichever you prefer please refer to our full terms and conditions'
Question 'Can I cancel an order?'
Answer 'Yes you have 7 days to cancel an order unconditionally -
Question 'If I have to send an item back will Pandoraschoice pay the postage as well as the postage of any other goods that are sent to replace them'.
Answer 'Yes we will pay'
Question 'If I am on holiday or away and can't return goods within 21 days of receipt will you still refund / exchange?
Answer 'We will do either provided the request is in writing prior to the expiry of the 21 day return deadline'
Question 'What if I buy a present for someone that does not fit at Christmas can I get a refund?'
Answer 'Yes for Christmas gifts bought from beginning of October onwards may be returned up to February 5th'
Question ' I am really not happy using my cards on the internet but I really want to buy something from your site can I pay by another means?'
Answer ' Yes you can pay over the phone - we take the payment over the phone and put it straight into the card terminal whilst you are on the phone we take no record of your card details. Or you can send a cheque but the goods will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared.Or alternatively you can pay using Paypal
