Payment Methods

All new systems sold by PCFOOD carry a 3 year hardware only "Return to Base" guarantee. 1st year manufacturers parts and labour. 2nd/3rd year labour only. Customers are advised to ensure product/software compatibility before purchasing, as goods are not sold on a "trial basis" Products cannot be returned or refunds given on grounds of incompatibilty or software related problems.

The guarantee given by PCFOOD is subject to the following terms and conditions:

All systems must be free from defects in material and workmanship for a minimum period of 12 months. Any alterations and/or upgrades/repairs must be carried out by PCFOOD during the 3 year guarantee period*

PCFOOD cannot be held liable for any defects arising from wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, misuse, or any alteration's and/or upgrades/repairs carried out by third parties* and or accidental damage caused by the customer or a third party.

This does not affect your statutory Rights
