Our leads are provided under the following terms.
Please read them carefully and only proceed if you agree to be bound by them.
Robert Clark reserves the right to not to complete a purchase transaction made in this shop should he consider the buyer to be unsuitable, or if the information has already been sold to another person, or withdrawn from sale.

We offer a FREE replacement lead (of the same value) only if the telephone number provided by the Vendor is un-obtainable. We do not offer any other warranty as to the accuracy of the information that has been provided by the vendor, or their level of motivation.
The Vendor has not been contacted by us unless stated otherwise.
We are unable to confirm the Vendors personal or financial circumstances, or their ability to enter into property sale.
We are unable to confirm the accuracy of the Vendors asking price or the Market Value quoted and these should be confirmed by the purchaser.
Our advertising states that the vendor should expect the purchaser to pay upto £500 towards their legal expenses.
We aim to dispatch all completed orders by the end of the next normal working day.
No information presented in these particulars and/or displayed on Rapid Property Buyers web site constitutes or forms part of a contract.

Ready Made Deals Terms and Conditions
All our deals come with either a RICS valuation OR a market value guarantee.
Where a guarantee is offered we will refund your valuation fee and your reservation fee in full if the official valuation figure provided by the mortgage lender is lower than what we have stated. It will be refunded only if you decide to withdraw from the purchase within 24 hours of receiving the valuation figure.
The reservation fee is non refundable, except in the case of receiving a lower valuation as stated above.
Viewings of the property will only be carried out after the valuation has been booked.
Finders Fees are payable in full on completion.
Costs quoted are for guidance only and may vary. They will also incur VAT where applicable.
We do not accept responsibility for any expenses or losses incurred by you.
The Market Value quoted is provided in good faith and will be confirmed by the lenders valuer.

Home Information Pack. Should it be deemed that a Home Information Pack is required for the property being sold, you agree to cover the cost.

All prices shown EXCLUDE V.A.T. This will be added at the checkout.
1) When you have finished paying for your lead at PayPal, please remember to press the "Return to Merchant" button to complete your purchase, otherwise you may lose your lead
2) Our shop is open 24 hours a day. However, orders will only be dispatched 9:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday and 9:00am - 12:00am Saturday . We are closed on public Holidays. (we are often open outside these hours but can't guarantee this.) We will always disptach your order ASAP, but this may not be until the next working day if you make a purchase when we are closed.
3) If you get an error message "There is only 1 of item number ......" This means that the lead is already in your cart.
